Does your employer's benefits and perks package meet your needs? If not, learning about what these seven standout companies offer their staffs could fuel a bit of workplace envy. Check out some of the most generous perks.

1. Pinterest

The photo-sharing website offers one of the most au courantcorporate perks — unlimited vacation days. "Employees can take the time they need to feel refreshed and balanced," says Pinterest spokeswoman Jamie Favazza. The San Francisco-based company also keeps its "Pinployees" outfitted with whatever Apple equipment they might need, as part of an initiative to help staff be as productive as possible.

2. Clif Bar & Company

It makes sense that an organic food company would promote physical well-being for its staff. At the corporate headquarters in Emeryville, California, employees have access to an on-site dance studio, gym and rock climbing wall. Clif Bar & Company workers also receive 2 1/2 hours of paid workout time each week

3. Bain & Company

The management consulting firm Bain & Company understands that effective workers need time to recharge. Its "Take Two" program gives employees the opportunity to take a two-month break from work "to rejuvenate and/or fulfill personal goals," according to the corporate website.

4. Salesforce

This San Francisco-based cloud computing company folds inventive wellness options into its benefits package. Highlights include a reimbursement of $100 per month for services such as massages, yoga classes and nutrition counseling and a takeout food credit of up to $250 for employees to use during parental or disability leave.

5. Dropbox

Yet another Silicon Valley company — Dropbox — makes annual appearances on best companies lists partially due to its on-site amenities. The file-sharing service keeps employees well-fed (the company cafe offers free gourmet options such as black bean and avocado salmon and chicken curry chaat), creative (there's a music studio for impromptu jam sessions) and well-kempt (haircuts and laundry services are available). Maybe we should all move to San Francisco?

6. Mattel

The toy manufacturer responsible for Barbies, Hot Wheels and Pictionary has a long history of delighting families, which spills over into its corporate operations. Full-time employees receive paid time off to participate in their school-related events, plus paid time off to volunteer with the Mattel Children's Foundation.

7. Zillow

The online real estate database Zillow offers mothers hospital-grade breast-feeding pumps and refrigerators in its Seattle headquarters. Zillow also pays to overnight deliver a nursing mom's breast milk back home, should she have to travel for work.
