The Facebook IPO will be no different.
Earlier reports suggested Allen would not be one of the banks underwriting the deal, but the WSJ now reports the boutique investment bank has "made the cut."
IFR says the other banks on the deal are: Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and JPMorgan.
