Colavita Expands its Footprint to the West Coast with a New California Facility

The new location will allow for enhanced production capabilities and efficiencies, greater collaboration with West Coast culinary schools and associations, and establish an expanded platform for exporting products across the globe.
Colavita has bolstered its presence in California over the last few years through ongoing work with local growers to produce 100-percent California extra virgin olive oil and partnerships with key local institutions such as the Culinary Institute of America and the San Francisco Giants.
